Tom Colthurst

Tom Colthurst, M.P.A., manages constituency services for the Higher Education Center and assists with other components of the Center’s mission. He held public service appointments with the Extension Division and School of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego, between 1984 and 2004 and formerly worked in public health, park development, and social services with the county of San Diego from 1965. Mr. Colthurst is also chief operating officer for the Silver Gate Group, a California small business corporation, and has partnered with Education Development Center, Inc., on the Higher Education Center project since 1995.
