Two Grant Competitions

Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Models on College Campuses

The Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Models on College Campuses grant competition sought to identify models of innovative and effective alcohol and other drug (AOD) prevention programs at colleges and universities and to disseminate information about those programs to other IHEs where similar efforts may be adopted.  Of the 23 programs submitted, the following 7 were selected for awards.  Details are available on our Grants page.

State and Regional Coalition Grant Competition to Prevent High-Risk Drinking Among College Students

The goal of the State and Regional Coalition grant competition was to encourage and nurture collaboration among colleges and state and regional stakeholders and to mobilize them into action to establish policies and programs that will improve the social, cultural, economic, and legal environment in which students make choices about alcohol, thereby reducing the rate of students' high-risk drinking. Of the 32 proposals submitted, the following 8 were selected for awards.  Details are available on our Grants page.
