Execute an Iterative Evaluation Plan

Evaluating strategies and policies helps to determine what activities are working and whether or not components of a particular strategy may need to be tweaked. There are three basic types of evaluation:

1. Process evaluation
• “What are we doing?”
2. Outcome evaluation
• “What is each activity accomplishing?”
3. Impact or summative evaluation
• “What effect are we producing across all activities?”
