Execute an Iterative Evaluation Plan
Evaluating strategies and policies helps to determine what activities are working and whether or not components of a particular strategy may need to be tweaked. There are three basic types of evaluation:
- Process evaluation
- “What are we doing?”
- Outcome evaluation
- “What is each activity accomplishing?”
- Impact or summative evaluation
- “What effect are we producing across all activities?”
More information on evaluation can be viewed on the Evaluation Web page.
