Blueprint for Safer Campuses

The Blueprint summarizes key findings and provides recommendations for campuses based on a review of several governmental and non-governmental reports about campus safety following the Virginia Tech tragedy. It is divided into three categories identified as foundational to campus safety: Emergency Planning and Critical Incident Response; Empowerment and Resources of the Campus Public Safety Function; and Prevention and Education Programs.
