Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA)
CADCA's Support 21 Toolkit was developed to assist local community anti-drug coalitions with efforts to reach out to their local college presidents and media to educate them about the consequences associated with underage drinking and lowering the minimum drinking age. The Support 21 Toolkit includes several resources for communities, including Letter Writing Tools, Media Outreach Tools, Fact Sheets & Stats, National and Local News Clips, and Useful Resources.
