This is a link to the Student Conduct Code of the University of Minnesota’s Board of Regents Policy. Offenses particularly relevant to celebratory rioting include threatening, harassing, or assaultive conduct; behavior that willfully disrupts university events; theft, property damage, and vandalism; and unauthorized possession or use of drugs or alcohol.
