This report examines college student victimization as reported in the National Crime Victimization Survey and compares the findings to nonstudents of similar age. The report describes victim, offender and event characteristics, including gender, victim-offender relatinoship, perceived use of alcohol and drugs by offenders, weapon use, and event location and time.
