Should we address both of the funding priorities for this competition?

Under 34 CFR 75.105(c) (3), we consider only applications that meet either, NOT both, of the funding absolute priorities. Applicants that choose to address both of the absolute priorities must submit separate applications for consideration. In making awards under this grant program, we may take into consideration the geographic distribution of the projects in addition to the rank order of applicants. Refer to pages 22-24 for a full discussion of the funding priorities.
