The best thing a school can do is to examine the problem and not deny that it exists, then take real steps to address the issue at its source, and that means not just offering education and awareness activities.
The worst thing a school can do is to ignore the issue or to deny that there’s a problem. Still others have responded to the problem by pushing it off campus into the community. It’s another way of choosing to ignore the issue by transferring the responsibility to another group.
