Where should our college or university send our biennial review?
Question:
Where should our college or university send our biennial review?
Answer:
Campuses are required to keep their biennial review on file for a possible audit. Colleges and universities are not required to send their biennial review to the U.S. Department of Education, its Higher Education Center for Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse and Violence Prevention, or any other institution. The Higher Education Center for Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse and Violence Prevention conducts a random sample analysis of biennial review on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education. Failure to complete the biennial review and maintain it on file can result in the revocation of federal funding.
The Higher Education Center welcomes your feedback.
