Before you enter the HEC/Forum, please read these terms of use carefully. By participating, you are agreeing to the terms of use set forth below:

• The content of all postings expresses the views of the author, and not necessarily that of the Higher Education Center or the U.S. Department of Education. Your use of, or reliance on, the information posted by other users in the HEC/Forum is at your own risk.
• Any information you disclose in the HEC/Forum becomes public information and can be used by others. Accordingly, you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal or other information. Any such disclosures are at your own risk.
• We reserve the right to remove or edit any material posted to the HEC/Forum we deem as inappropriate and not related to alcohol and other drug abuse and violence research and prevention on college campuses.
• The Center monitors and reviews posted messages. However, we do not actively approve the contents of the HEC/Forum prior to posting. Each user is responsible and accountable for the contents of his or her postings.
• You agree not to advertise any products or services, solicit others, or use the HEC/Forum for commercial purposes.
• You agree not to post material that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, libelous, inflammatory, or obscene.
• Your access to the HEC/Forum is subject to your compliance, and violating these terms of use will result in your being banned from further postings.
