"...It's an expansion of the university's UChoose alcohol awareness campaign, which gained national attention when a local landlord made attendance at the UChoose program a condition for students to live in his buildings..."

"The Tuesday events are just a portion of the university programming aimed at helping students learn about responsible alcohol use. That students are taking the initiative to push a message aimed at helping their peers is encouraging, said Robert Reff, UChoose program coordinator and counselor at St. Cloud State."

"'That's the biggest thing I've gotten, an outpouring of students who want to be a part of it,' Reff said. 'It's shifting from running it and having to get everyone involved to students taking an active interest...'"
