“A task force created to look into safety issues on the Arkansas State University campus submitted a proposed action plan for improving security at the Jonesboro college.”

“The report lists areas of concern, from the small issue of replacing a light bulb to the larger one of hiring more police officers. The Chancellor's Executive Council on Monday approved spending $350,000 to address immediate and critical safety issues raised in the report. …”
