“The recent death of a UW-Stout student in which alcohol was a factor seems to have been the last straw for university Chancellor Charles W. Sorensen.”

“In a memo sent to all faculty and staff at Stout on Tuesday, Sorensen outlined specific steps he thinks will help curb student alcohol abuse among university students…”
