City, college to team-up to tackle off-campus student parties

"City officials believe a new plan to curb late-night partying, littering and disorder at off-campus parties around the College of the Holy Cross will rein in the problems and expedite disciplinary action for possible code and conduct violations by students at the college."
"In a report released today, City Manager Michael V. O'Brien said Holy Cross Public Safety Department officials will work alongside Worcester police when responding to large off-campus gatherings and parties. ..."
