“GREENVILLE — Binge drinking is a recognized problem on American college campuses, and the Clemson University Board of Trustees wants to tackle the problem at its campus, too.”

“During a meeting of the Student Affairs Committee on Thursday, several trustees asked for a recommendation by October on how to more strongly deal with the issue, including possibly moving the Greek rush period from first semester to second semester.”
