"Those younger than 21 could have a tougher time finding a late night bar hangout if new recommendations to strengthen Iowa City's 21-only ordinance are heeded, and those once vehemently opposed to the ordinance now want even tighter restrictions."

"A community coalition to curb alcohol abuse by minors, called the Partnership for Alcohol Safety, said at a Wednesday meeting it wants the Iowa City Council to make corrections so businesses can't skirt the 21-only law. ..."
