"City officials said last week that an aggressive approach to problems related to student housing has led to a decrease in complaints to police."

"Kevin Hayes, Long Branch director of building and development, said at the May 24 City Council workshop meeting that the city has implemented a new system to deal with complaints from neighbors about noise, underage drinking and fighting at housing rented to Monmouth University students. ..."
