"University of Colorado leaders want students to extend their stay in the dorms beyond their freshman year and, by 2011, will have space for 900 more residents."
"University leaders on Wednesday discussed the many benefits that come with more students living on campus, including less traffic congestion on the main campus and findings that adding older students to traditionally all-freshman halls curbs behavioral problems. ..."
