Drinking and thinking: Do they mix well at ESU?

"In an effort to curb dangerous drinking by university students, a new coalition on local drug and alcohol issues - funded by a grant from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board - met on campus Monday evening to pinpoint some of the problems students, citizens and officials face when it comes to alcohol."
"Randy Light, who is the alcohol, tobacco and other drugs coordinator at ESU, said getting members of the law enforcement community, government, social service groups, campus administrators and especially students together is the key to finding out just what can be done to combat dangerous drinking."
"'Every community has its own unique set of logistics and problems and ways things are set up environmentally,' Light said during the meeting. 'So you cannot ever have a model that works at Penn State that's going to work at East Stroudsburg University because it's just a different set of dynamics and every campus has that...""
