"A group of Duluth college students saw firsthand this week just how serious law enforcement is about cracking down on underage drinking parties."

"A student who was passed out on the lawn at 1212 W. Arrowhead Road caught the attention of officers en route to a different college party early Friday morning, just after midnight. And because of a program new to college neighborhoods, officers from the Duluth Police Department, Minnesota State Patrol and the University of Minnesota Duluth all worked in tandem to intervene. ..."
