"For the fourth straight May, calls to Duluth police for loud parties have declined — dramatically this year, police say."

"During the last two weeks of school at the University of Minnesota Duluth this spring, police were called to only seven parties, and issued 10 underage consumption tickets and eight social-host tickets to tenants of the properties. ..."
