Eleven Arrests During First Night of UConn Spring Weekend

"It appears a new policy banning guests during Spring Weekend at the University of Connecticut dramatically cut down the crowds, which in years past have included thousands of college-age people from across the state, a school official said."

"The first night of Spring Weekend kicked off Thursday night but bore almost no resemblance to the revelry and mayhem of previous years, said university spokesman Michael Kirk."
