"A new effort at East Stroudsburg University seeks to stem rates of student alcohol consumption by changing the culture on campus."

"'We're really trying to reduce dangerous and underage drinking,' said Randy Light, coordinator of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, adding that total elimination of college drinking is unproductive."

"Light and Doreen Tobin, vice president of student affairs at ESU, are heading up an environmental management strategy that, while new to the campus in East Stroudsburg, has been gaining consensus nationwide over the past decade for its effectiveness. ..."
