"The FBI and local police have reviewed YouTube videos of a riot near Kent State University in April to determine if officers used excessive force in breaking up a crowd of hundreds of students."

"It is unclear if any civil rights charges will be filed in connection with the police response to an annual off-campus block party that attracted scores of guests from as far away as Toledo, students said. About 50 students and guests were arrested, mostly for underage drinking and failure to disperse. ..."

"University Police Chief John Peach said the dozens of officers from local departments acted in a controlled and methodical manner in the face of drunken students and guests during College Fest. ..."

"'There were absolutely no problems, based on the feedback we have received from other agencies'" who saw the videos, Peach said. "'We're pretty satisfied with what we have done. ...'"
