"After two years in a row in which University of Florida students died in alcohol-related incidents, there have been no student deaths connected to the last two games."

"The period has coincided with UF operating a Sideline Student Safety Zone in Jacksonville during the weekend of the game. It is among efforts in which UF officials have shown they're resigned to students drinking if they can ensure students avoid bodily harm and other serious problems..."

"Safety zone locations provide first aid, food and water, transportation and help finding friends for students and others who might have had too much to drink. Students can use the services without fear of punishment from the university..."
