"Leaders of a community alcohol safety partnership said Thursday that bar owners' involvement is critical to the success of the group's mission to drive down drinking problems."

"Only one bar owner has continued as a regular participant of The Partnership of Alcohol Safety, which is intended to include a broad coalition of members, after a divisive campaign led to upholding a new city law banning those younger than 21 from bars after 10 p.m. ..."
