Growth is goal for tax base

Current state law requires proof that a specific person gave an alcoholic beverage to a minor. The social host ordinance would result in a citation to party hosts if underage drinking is found. ..."

"Borough staff also told council it is considering proposing a 'good neighbor school' for the coming academic year. ..."

"A 'restorative justice program' in the future, modeled after an initiative in Boulder, Colo., home of the University of Colorado, would provide alternative justice for summary and misdemeanor offenses such as property vandalism, public intoxication and noise violations. ..."
