The Higher Education Center is pleased to make the following announcements:

1) William A. Kaplin Award for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy

Please take a moment to nominate a colleague whose scholarship meets this criteria. Nominations must be submitted by June 15, 2009 for consideration. The award will be presented at the 31st Annual National Conference on Law & Higher Education in Orlando, Florida, February 22-23, 2010.

Stetson University's Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy is accepting nominations for the William A. Kaplin Award for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy Scholarship. This annual award recognizes scholars who have published works on education law that embrace the intersection of law and policy.
