"An offer from Kettering University to help pay for five Flint police officers would add three officers to the police force, officials said today."

"Kettering currently pays for two officers, but would like to add three more for 24-hour coverage on campus and in the surrounding neighborhoods, said Susan Bolt, Kettering's vice president for administration and finance. ..."
