"Marquette University's Public Safety Department plans to alter its procedures to ensure that its officers contact the Milwaukee Police Department as soon as possible if they believe a crime has been committed."
"Larry R. Rickard, the chief of the school's Public Safety Department, said in an interview that the school made the determination after recent meetings with the Milwaukee Police Department and the district attorney's office. ..."
