"The Minnesota House on Monday overwhelmingly rejected an effort to clear the way for the University of Minnesota to sell alcohol in premium seating areas at college football games."
"The House voted 111-18 against Rep. Phyllis Kahn's proposal to lift an all-or-nothing approach to selling alcohol at the school's TCF Bank Stadium. She tried to attach it to a higher education bill that eventually passed..."
