Mont Alto apartment complex, Penn State campus officials aim to educate students on alcohol's dangers

"Officials of Penn State Mont Alto and the manager of the Apex housing facility where 20 students were arrested for underage drinking are becoming more proactive in addressing the problem of underage drinking and the abuse of alcohol, according to Mayor John Esser."

"'Everybody recognizes there is a concern all the way 'round," Esser said Monday. "It's not just here at Mont Alto, but it's something folks need to pay more attention to, and be more proactive with the students so they fully understand the consequences of drinking.' ..."
