"College students want to help give each other a ride home from the taverns, in an effort to curb drunken driving in town."
"The student government board at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville recently voted to develop a taxicab service from Edwardsville's downtown taverns back to the residence halls. Student body President Nolan Sharkey said they want to proactive rather than reactive to prevent drunken driving, acting before there is a tragedy. ..."
