"Starting today, Ohio drivers with prior offenses who are suspected of driving while drunk must take a breath-alcohol test."

"If they refuse, the arresting officer can take the drivers to get a mandatory blood or urine test..."

"Under the new law, repeat drunken drivers who have a previous felony on their records, two DUI convictions in the last six years, or five DUI convictions in the last 20 years, must take the breath-alcohol test, Walsh explained. People with one or two offenses still have a right to refuse the test, she said..."
