“Underage students at the University of New Hampshire who receive medical attention as a result of an alcohol or drug related emergency could soon be shielded from university sanctions if a new policy that has been in the works for about a year is passed.”

“The Student Senate and university administration are working on putting together a pilot program for a Good Samaritan Policy that would apply to students who need medical attention for a drug- or alcohol-related issue and students that seek help for that person. …”
