"Penn State trustees this afternoon approved a resolution to adopt some initial recommendations of a task force that is investigating the university's actions in the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal."

"The task force is charged with examining the failures that, according to a state grand jury, allows sexual abuse by retired assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky to go unreported and coming up with recommendations to prevent such failures in the future. The investigation is being conducted by former FBI Director Louis Freeh. ..."
