“Plainclothed police officers in Shippensburg were in the community to address underage drinking this weekend as university students returned to the community for the fall semester.”

“Over the weekend, the plainclothes detail from Shippensburg Police issued three citations for underage drinking and uniformed officers issued another three, plus arrested another intoxicated student who blatantly stole a food item from a convenience store, then walked past a uniformed officer without paying for it. …”
