“Pennsylvania State Police will be targeting underage drinking as the fall semester begins at colleges and universities, according to a news release.”

“Liquor enforcement officers, part of the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, will be working with local and state police. Officers will meet with selected campus officials in an effort to reduce underage drinking and preempt alcohol-related problems, the release states. …”
