Students pitch plan to curb Clemson alcohol abuse

"Clemson University’s sororities and fraternities will have to wait until a Sunday meeting with administrators to find out what restrictions if any will come because of 44 alcohol-related incidents in the first five weeks of school. One incident sent a student to the hospital."
"But on Friday student leaders presented their own ideas of how they and the university can work together better to curb abuse, from educating students on the consequences of policy violations to extending help to those with a drinking problem."
