"A new University of Iowa student discipline policy is ramping up the number of alcohol-related cases that UI officials are dealing with."

"Alcohol-related cases are up 31 percent compared with last year. The root of the increase is a new policy where UI disciplines students for alcohol-related violations off campus, said David Grady, a UI associate vice president and dean of students. ..."
