"The University of Minnesota-Duluth’s Police Department has released new numbers on student drinking and violations. Administrators now hope a newer drinking policy will cut away at citations within the next few semesters."

"Most students at UMD say they know what happens if caught drinking under age 21 but when asked how that affects the classroom, their response get a bit hazy. ..."
