Updated Notice of FY 2010, U.S. Department of Education Funding Opportunities

On December 16, 2009, the President signed into law H.R. 3288, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 which provides funding for the Department of Education (ED). ED will be running a grant competition for 84.184N Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Models on College Campuses with the application expected to be published in the Federal Register the week of February 15, 2010. ED will not run a grant competition for 84.184H Prevention of High Risk Drinking and Violent Behavior among College Students. ED intends to fund down the slate and make grant awards to the FY 2009 competition for 84.184Z Grants for Coalitions to Prevent and Reduce Alcohol Abuse at Institutions of Higher Education.
