Community anti-drug coalitions throughout the country are all too familiar with the detrimental consequences associated with underage drinking, not only for those youth directly involved but also for communities at large. It is critical that community anti-drug coalitions throughout the country become engaged in this debate and reach out to their local college presidents and media to educate them about the consequences associated with underage drinking and lowering the minimum drinking age. CADCA Support 21 Toolkit was developed to assist local community anti-drug coalitions with these efforts.

The Support 21 Toolkit includes several resources for communities, including Letter Writing Tools, Media Outreach Tools, Fact Sheets & Stats, National and Local News Clips, and Useful Resources.
