Each week, the Higher Education Center showcases recent developments in the field of AOD abuse and violence prevention in higher education that may include new data and resources, upcoming events and programs, funding opportunities, and learning opportunities. The Multijurisdictional Counterdrug Task Force Training (MCTFT) Program provides tuition-free courses covering all aspects of counterdrug law enforcement and training support for antidrug campus and community coalitions. The program is a federally funded partnership through the Department of Defense between the Florida National Guard and St. Petersburg College.
The distance learning section of the MCTFT Program offers telecasts and videos for campus and community coalitions and law enforcement, dealing with a variety of counterdrug topics.
