The June 2011 issue of Violence Against Women features articles about research on bystander programs designed to prevent sexual violence and domestic violence. Relevant campus-based program evaluations include Green Dot, Mentors in Violence Prevention (MVP), Bringing in the Bystander, InterACT, and The Men’s Program. Christine Gidycz, Ph.D., and Alan Berkowitz, Ph.D., discussed their article, “Preventing Sexual Aggression among College Men: An Evaluation of a Social Norms and Bystander Intervention Program,” in a 17-minute podcast hosted by PreventConnect.
