Higher Education Center Publications

The Center has more than 100 products available, including fact sheets (called InfoFacts/Resources), articles (called Prevention Updates), newsletters, and guides. Of particular interest are:

• The Catalyst Newsletter: See the latest of the Center’s newsletter, Catalyst, and view an archive of past issues. Subscribe to Catalyst.
• The Prevention 101 Series: See a list of the Center’s Prevention 101 publications that provide guidance for strategic planning and prevention efforts on campus and in the community. These publications are the “first stop” in prevention, providing beginning prevention professionals or new task forces through the building blocks of planning, implementing, and evaluating effective programs.

Accessing Our Publications

The Center's products are available in several online formats: HTML, Adobe Acrobat, and text-only (Section 508-compliant), which you can read online or download. Center publications can be ordered in hard copy from the description page for each publication.

Ordering Multiple Copies

As supplies are limited, the Center can provide only single copies of publications via the Web site. Under special circumstances, the Center may be able to provide additional copies; please send an e-mail to HigherEdCtr@edc.org or call (800) 676-1730 to enquire.

Permissions Information

While the majority of products within the Center’s inventory are within the public domain, specific information for reproducing, reprinting, and referencing them is available.
