Buprenorphine maintenance treatment - also known as BMT - is a form of medication assisted treatment program for people who are dependent on opioids. the goal of such a program would be to reduce your withdrawal symptoms - and eventually stop them - suppress your cravings for opioids, as well as reduce and eliminate your risk of opioid overdose.
